NFL football 1985 Chicago Bears with Jim mcmahon, Mike Ditka & Mike Singletary with NFC Divisional and Championship Game highlights. 10 min edited reel featuring the 1985 Bears potent offense, the stellar Bears 4-6 defense, the best ever in the NFL, and the fantastic back to back playoff shutouts of the NFC Divisional playoff round against the New York Giants and the NFC Championship game against the Los Angeles Rams.

I wish these niggers were dead.
That 46 Defense was unbelievable they had so many talented players that could sack you and they were fast and quick. The closest defense I ever seen was the 2000 Ravens.
Defense!
man i wish i was there during the bears 85 season
Was the Bear team of 85/86 the best ever? This will be debated forever. One thing I know for sure is that it was an exciting team to watch. It was the most complete Bear team ever. They had the defense and the offense that clicked for the entire year from day one. I could name every Bear player on the team. They worked in unison like a well-oiled machine.
3:07-3:18 DA BEARS!!!!!
@Hawthorne66 Yeah, been a fan for 50+ years and to my knowledge there were only 2 really intimidating defenses…the 85 Bears and the early 70′s Steel Curtain.
They both were so intimidating that oftentimes the opposing offenses would jump on consecutive snaps.
Thanks Singletary, hes bring this kind of Defensive Attitude to San Fran…
Nobody wanted to mess with these JUNK YARD DOGS! ARGUABLY one of the TOP FIVE DEFENCES OF ALL TIME!!
Jim McMahon is the fucking man!
Check out the 3:40 mark with Hampton flying over the top for the sack. I love that shot. He was a beast!!

he stuck a fork in his eye when he was a kid. they were playing a game and he had the rope around his ankle and he cudnt get it off. so he used a fork and it slipped and went to his eye. the doctor saved it, but its very light sensitive
That was a sweet season. I remember speaking with my brother in law about the season. At the time, after undefeated Sept, we thought if they would go even 2 and 2 in October, they would be 6 & 2. We never expected to see a sweep in October. Strong November (except Miami). December was great. The Bears defense beat up the teams for 4 quarters. I loved the beating given to Dallas on Thanksgiving. 44-0. Paybacks for the 37-7 beating the Bears got in 1977 from Dallas (playoff).
Mike Singletary.
y does Jim wear sunglasses all the time
You’re saying the scheme was unstoppable, so nobody uses it? That makes no sense.
No, it was the scheme which is why nobody plays this as their base defense anymore.
It wasn’t the scheme, it was the players and the attitude. Look at how these guys tackled and hit.
Hahahahaha!
The Chicago Bears have made some huge acquisition in the off season. I hope that these key players can help to bring a chcampionship to Chicago.
