Our computers are growing faster and more powerful by the day. Their rate of growth never ceases to slow. Our computers are growing faster and more powerful by the day. Their rate of growth never ceases to slow. Judging by this mindset of speeds that keep advancing, one would imagine that the internet providers must also keep up a steady rate of growth.
However, it seems if anyone isn’t keeping up with current technology, it is the communication providers. Computers have doubled in speeds, yet DSL and cable internet speeds remain the same for residential consumers as they were 5 years ago.
So how are they going to bring us the advances in residential connection technology that we are bound to receive?
