It depends what you mean. If you mean how much would I charge to produce a video for you (to do with as you pleased), it would probably come to between $500 and $1000 per minute of the running time. If you mean that you want me to post a video of your music on my channel, the answer is much more complicated. If you want to discuss it, please contact me through my web site.
I like this style of presenting songs! Though one may not be able to look at all three parts simultaneously, they draw the viewer’s attention because they have a lot to look at, and so more to learn from and be interested in. Once again, great job! =)
Im curious, how much would I need to pay you to present one of my personal compositions in this fashion?
The Goldberg Variations are on my to-do list (which is on my website; follow the links in the FAQ). If you could manage to get me a MacArthur fellowship, I could work on this stuff full-time.
I would like to join those who have asked you to make videos of the Goldberg Variations. If there is not a Nobel Prize of Music, some people must create one when you do it, just to give it to you.
@smalin
This is at least how I hear music – visualize rather. The bars are my intuitive representation of music.
I can’t express how much I enjoy these video clips of my most favorite classic music. Some use “ganja” – I use this.
@smalin sorry for barging in, YES, I do hear the separate voices better after having watched the graphs. I always had problems with polyphony, tending rather to hear vertically than horizontally. Well, it IS easier for most. However, I love Bach and would so like to play more of his “Well tempered Clavier”, but I still have a strugle with the three voices – not just playing them technically, but also actually hearing each voice. Thanks for posting!
After you’ve watched a piece with the bar-graph score a few times, when you listen without watching, do you still hear the parts better? And can you imagine what the bars would look like?
I mean the bar-graph score. In this particular piece there are only two parts so I don’t get so confused, but with other pieces that have many parts the bars, especially when each part has a designated color, help me to understand at least what one of the voices is saying at any particular time. I am especially slow in understanding even two parts at once. And I enjoy understanding more than anything.
I like the ornamentation.
If you want to make a video yourself, you should probably get my software and learn how to do that (visit my web site).
Ok, thank you.

Thanks for suggesting it. I don’t remember that (I get lots of suggestions), but who knows, you asking for it may have affected me subconsciously.
U remember once i told you to do a vid about this piece? Thanks a lot dude, 5/5 and fav
Hahaha, thanks dude, your awesome.

@smalin Haven’t tried yet, but it’s a good idea, thanks!
awesome..
congratulations :;)
@lilythepink123456789!, do you practice by playing two parts of a three-part piece on the piano and singing the third part?
Yes, I make them taller so that they show up better in this cramped display. This isn’t a feature of the standard-issue MAMPlayer.
how come the individual bars overlap vertically? is it just your personal MAMplayer?
bravo!

Well, don’t like the timing.
Great playing!

Very well-played…
