When a company buys or acquires another company, there is usually some sort of build-up to it. You could say we were very surprised when early in the morning, we received confirmation that Intel actually bought the McAfee Anti-Virus for .68 in shares. While the move may be misleading and meaningless to some, but this open the door for a lot of Intel chips to provide them directly how to open up a few more on the road.
stop the security threats on the PC is a full-time job(its only the sad truth), while there are many ways to that done, after the start of the security chip, and directly behind the chip is a great way to make sure that computers everywhere are safe and sound. Well, computers that use Intel chips, of course. And although the full-size computers may be completely protected in its own way, it looks like Intel may be more focused on the mobile industry and integrate the hardware, where the security is usually not be as strong.
Unfortunately, far too much good, as I do, still remained at this time. Both companies have to wait before the merger can be completed, due to the shareholders and industry regulations. There is no word on how long it might take. It will be exciting to see what comes of it.
