Globally, organizations choose Java as the core technology to power and deploy high end web applications. In addition, they mate Java application development with ColdFusion to reduce time-to-market and add productivity gains to web applications
Because of its reliability, re-usability and flexible applications, and portability Java application development forms the core of enterprise class strategy. The execution, however, is a different matter. One of the key hurdles is the skills shortage. Programming staff may have differing levels of proficiency in VB, ColdFusion, HTML, and Java. By settling on the tools that a particular team may be most proficient in, a project could sacrifice enterprise class power. On the other hand, Java is not suitable for every developer. Research by Gartner indicates the time and costs that it takes for a programmer to develop proficiency in Java and Java application development. According to the organization, learning Java takes 2 months of training and 10 months of hands on J2ee application development , at a cost of US$ 75,000, plus salary. The rule of thumb on Java is that the lower the application complexity, the higher the cost of using Java.

Since their invention in the early 60′s, mobility scooters have advanced in both capabilities and popularity. The advances have resulted in a full slate of quality choices requiring a full review of options, needs, and optimal solutions for each personal situation to ensure that the vehicle of choice suits the needs of the buyers in the most cost effective manner possible.
The following is a summary review of personal mobility scooters descriptions as well as the strengths, weaknesses, and considerations to be taken for each option.
Personal Mobility Scooters:
Personal Mobility Scooters are designed for use by people with less severe mobility limitations such as such as arthritis, endurance or fatigue issues, and minor back problems. These users can typically sit comfortably for long periods of time with minimal back support and can walk under their own power.
The mobility scooters allow for lower cost mobility without the psychological bearing of being confined to a wheelchair. The typical mobility scooter users do not see themselves as wheelchair users at all. Options in scooter designs include a variety of styles, colors, accessories, and upgrades with categories covering a full spectrum of uses from shopping to navigating uneven terrain. Personal mobility scooters can be divided into three separate categories:
* Compact scooters – These are considered to be the lightest duty scooters with relatively short battery life and limited range. For situations where storage or transportation options are limited, these scooters fold down to allow for placement in smaller areas whether in the house, car, or van.
* Three wheel scooters – These models are best suited for use on level ground and activities such as shopping due to their tight handling and turning radius in close quarters.
* Four wheel scooters – These models are built to heavier specifications and can carry up to 500 pounds. The 4 wheel design of these scooters offers more stability, longer battery life, and heavy duty mobility than the three wheel mobility scooters. One disadvantage of the 4 wheel scooter is that the turning radius is much wider than the 3 wheel, making it somewhat inconvenient to operate in grocery stores or retail locations.
Built for users without major mobility issues, steering and control of electric mobility scooter is done via handlebars much like those seen on bicycles. Top speeds average around 8 miles per hour, with higher power 4 wheel models being suitable for road use, uneven terrain, and hills. Another advantage of personal mobility scooters is that they are transportable whether by folding down, disassembly, or by a simple trailer or lift in the case of 4 wheel scooters.

Construction and Design
Since their introduction in October 2008, unibody MacBook Pro have been produced from a single sheet of aluminum. Apple has improved on this project with the latest Macbook Pro battery by removing the panel underneath the laptop. The result is a perfectly smooth finish on the bottom of the Macbook, but also allow the user to remove to remove the battery.

Of course, the MacBook Pro display still falls short in comparison with self-MVA, PVA, IPS, or display. But the laptop is certainly one of the best on the market to so far. particularly useful feature of the MacBook Pro as you adjust the display brightness according to ambient brightness. This feature is available from Apple has released MacBook unibody models, and can be turned off in System Preferences.

However, when new users are aware that the Command press your thumb instead of their little finger, should have no difficulty in adapting to the MacBook Pro keyboard.

Macbook Pro
multi-touch trackpad on the 15 Macbook Pro has no physical buttons. This is because the lower part of the trackpad, you can press down, acting as a physical button. This project, which was introduced with the unibody MacBooks, received mixed feelings from users, some praising it, while others find it impossible to use. I personally think its no different from conventional trackpad with physical buttons, and think it is a very good way to achieve the aesthetic design without compromising on functionality.
As for performance, trackpad works flawlessly with Mac OS X. There are also a number of options to exercise, right-click, choosing from the trackpad with two fingers, physically pressing on different areas of the trackpad.
In Microsoft Windows is a completely different story. The default Boot Camp drivers offer very limited or non-standard configuration for the trackpad, and the sensitivity of the trackpad is slightly queasy, as weak to work. This problem can be fixed in the version of Snow Leopard and the new Boot Camp drivers, but in the meantime, I can only recommend users to use an external mouse with two buttons for Windows.
Heat and Noise
MacBook Pro has the perfect temperature management in OS X. It will be almost silent all the time and cool down quickly after idling. This is a completely different story with Windows, however, if the laptop works much warmer, even when idling, and it takes longer to cool. Nevertheless, two fans in the Macbook Pro is very quiet because it is the default Hitachi 500GB hard drive.
MacBook Pro temperature in the light load
When in heavy load conditions over a long period time at the bottom of the Macbook Pro does not become uncomfortably warm enough to use on your lap. At the top of the laptop is gently warm in such a situation, due to the conductive properties of aluminum.
Obtaining accurate temperature reading of a laptop under stress was rather difficult due to the highly efficient cooling system. The screenshot below was obtained immediately after the restart after running several performance tests on Windows.
