The only way to transfer ownership is for the current owner to do it. If the owner has already left for good then it cant be done. Below is the procedure.
How do I pass ownership of my community to another community member?
To transfer community ownership to someone else in the community, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the community homepage.
2. Click on the “view members” button below the members list.
3. Find the person you wish to transfer ownership to, and click the “manage” link displayed beneath their name.
4. Select “transfer community ownership to user” and click “yes.”
This automatically sends a notification to that person. If they accept the transfer, they’ll take over ownership of the community.

1. Login to your gmail account, once you are logged in, go to gmail account settings by clicking settings in the top right corner of the page.
