I got scammed for 400$ item.. Paypal says that items over 250$ have to have signature confirmation.. USPS DOES NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION!! I had tracking and it said client received item but they were still refunded.. FUCK PAYPAL!!!

Please reply, recently about a week and a half ago I was about to sell my account from this game called “Rakion” and the buyer said okay I will take this account for 325 CAD which is 300$ USD. So we did the transaction and I just found out he was a scammer that gets the account then recalls the money, but out of nowhere a week later paypal gives me back the 300$ because I think they saw those charge backs he did, please help me, paypal just called me, and I don’t want to be sued. Yeah, I work in the nuclear industry, I have been a seller on ebay since 1996-7. I had thousands of tansactions I do think I know what I am talking about. You my friend are only a very very small .05-.06 percent of the people that have similar thoughts or feelings. Thats fine after reading your post other people will still steer clear of Paypal.
You’re an idiot. I used to work for a cc processor. You probably serve fries for a living. If the seller said they wouldn’t take it back (like in a dispute), then the buyer doesn’t have to do anything else and can still win. And if the seller wants to call the cops, that’s up to them. Not PayPal or the cc company. Call your bank and ask them. And ask them how they make the buyer return something. Learn something before you post.

The credit card company is not a legal organization. They cannot tell you to hold an item and make it available for pickup. When someone does a chargeback and has the item with no intention or returning it, it is fraud and theft. The item is to be returned before a chargeback. Stop spewing your falsetruths.
