What is a simple recipe I can do for a Christmas potluck?

I don’t have much time to cook for a potluck that I’m going to. What is a very simple recipe I can make?

    Chicken Ritz Casserole

    Ingredients:
    5-6 chicken breasts, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cheddar broccoli soup
    about 1/4 soup can of milk
    1-1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. cooked minute rice (1 c. prior to cooking)
    dash salt and pepper
    30 to 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    Butter
    Cooking Instructions:
    Cook chicken and remove chicken from bone and cut up. Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour mixed ingredients over chicken. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 350F. for 45 mins.

    No Boiling Baked Ziti

    1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Tomato sauce (i.e. Ragu)
    1-1/2 cups water
    1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    8 ounces uncooked ziti pasta

    Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, combine Pasta Sauce and water. Stir in ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then uncooked ziti.

    In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, evenly spoon ziti mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 55 minutes.

    Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    Meatballs
    1 Bag of Frozen Meatballs
    2 bottles of Chilli Sauce
    1/2 jar of grape jelly
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Mix chilli sauce and jelly in a crock pot, put in pepper flakes to taste, once sauce is warm and the jelly has melted, add a bag of meatballs. Cook on high about 3 hours.
